Description
Allcem Core FGM is a dual-cure resin cement and core build-up composite designed for post cementation, core reconstruction, and indirect restorations. It combines high mechanical strength with excellent adhesion to multiple substrates, making it a reliable 3-in-1 restorative solution.
Package Includes:
– 6g dual-core composite syringe
– 8 mixing tips
Shades Available: A2, Opaque
3-in-1 Clinical Versatility
Allcem Core FGM functions as:
- Core build-up material
- Resin cement for endodontic posts
- Resin cement for crowns and indirect restorations
This multi-functionality simplifies clinical workflow and reduces the need for multiple materials.
Dual Cure Technology
The material provides:
- Chemical curing in deep areas where light does not reach
- Light curing for controlled working time during core build-up
This ensures complete polymerization even inside root canals.
Mechanical Strength & Radiopacity
Allcem Core FGM offers:
- High resistance to bending and compression
- Strong structural support for restorations
- Radiopacity for accurate radiographic diagnosis
Excellent Adhesion to Multiple Substrates
When used with the correct adhesive protocol, it bonds effectively to:
- Dentin and enamel
- CAD/CAM blocks
- Ceramic and porcelainResin materials
- Metal substrates
- Allcem Dual Core Practical Auto-Mix Application
The automix syringe allows:
- Even application inside the root canal
- No need for manual mixing
- No need for Lentulo drills
- Controlled and clean delivery
Clinical Indications
- Cementation of endodontic posts
- Adhesive core build-up of vital and non-vital teeth
- Porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns and bridges
- Metal crowns, bridges, inlays and onlays
- All-ceramic and composite restorations
- Maryland (resin-bonded) bridges
- Cases with minimal remaining tooth structure
Step-by-Step Clinical Protocol
Isolate the operative field using relative or absolute isolation.
Prepare the canal according to the Whitepost protocol.
Apply phosphoric acid and adhesive according to manufacturer instructions.
Attach the automix tip with intracanal applicator.
Inject Allcem Core into the canal and seat the post.
Use excess material to perform core build-up.
Working time is approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Light cure each increment for 40 seconds.
Allow chemical curing for 6–7 minutes intracanal.
Perform shaping and finishing.
Final crowns may be cemented using the same adhesive protocol.
