Application Guide (Professional Use Only)

1. Insert the Arcflex (FGM) lip retractor to improve access and handling. Apply Desensibilize KF 2% to the teeth for 10 minutes before whitening.

2. Using the mixing plate provided, mix Phase 1 (peroxide) and Phase 2 (thickener) in a ratio of 3 drops of peroxide to 1 drop of thickener. Shake the thickener bottle thoroughly before use to ensure proper viscosity.

3. Apply a thin, even layer of the gel to the buccal surfaces of the teeth, usually from premolar to premolar. The gel may extend slightly to the incisal or occlusal areas if required.

4. Leave the gel on the tooth surface for 15 minutes. During this time, gently move the gel with a disposable micro-applicator to remove air bubbles and renew contact.

5. Remove the gel using a fine suction cannula and wipe the teeth with gauze. Repeat the application up to two additional times in the same session, if needed, based on results and patient sensitivity.

6. At the end of the session, thoroughly rinse the teeth, remove the gingival barrier, and polish using felt discs and polishing paste if required.

Post-Treatment & Sensitivity Management

• Appointments should be spaced at 7-day intervals for shade evaluation.

• Typically, 2 to 3 sessions are recommended for optimal results.

• Desensibilize KF 2% may be applied before or after whitening for 10 minutes.

• In cases of high sensitivity, Desensibilize 0.2% may be used at home with a tray for 10 minutes daily.

• Monitor patients throughout the procedure for sensitivity or soft tissue irritation.

• Interrupt treatment if severe pain occurs due to enamel cracks or dentin exposure.
