Step-by-Step Application – Tray Method

1. Perform professional prophylaxis using pumice and water or prophy paste.

2. Position the patient upright to reduce swallowing risk.

3. Insert suction to control excess saliva.

4. Dry the teeth with air before application.

5. Fill tray to approximately one-third of its volume with Fluor Care foam.

6. Insert tray ensuring contact with all teeth and interproximal spaces.

7. Leave in place for 1 minute.

8. Remove tray and suction excess material.

9. Instruct the patient to expectorate remaining residues.

10. Advise the patient not to eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes.
